C. Anonymous Information
In some cases, information is de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized by third parties so that it no longer identifies individuals before such information is made available to us. We use this information as described below without trying to re-identify individuals.
D. Information with special protections including Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We do not attempt to collect personally identifiable information. This includes details such as your date of birth, social security number, driver’s license or similarly protected information. We also do not attempt to collect information with special protections such as your religious views, political views, health information, racial or ethnic origins or similar information. We encourage you to review the information you choose to provide us with and ensure that you do not share information you are not comfortable sharing and seek appropriate professional guidance prior to sharing such information.
While we endeavor to protect the information we collect, we make no warranties, express or implied as to the security of this information. We will attempt at your explicit request submitted via our Apps to delete information linked to your account within a reasonable period of time but cannot ensure that we will be able to delete all information you provide to us. You acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for the information you choose to provide us.
E. Survey & Feedback Information
From time to time, we will gather information about your experience and feelings either through surveys, questions or in our interactions. We use this information to tailor our services, facilities and resources to your future needs and may aggregate the information in the normal course of furthering our business including benchmarking, research, marketing or other purposes.
F. Billing Information
You may be required to provide certain payment-related information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third-Party Payment Vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. We do not collect, store or process any personal Billing Information.
G. Recordings
We may automatically record information from your interactions with us (“RECORDINGS”). This information may be traceable to your account or in some cases (when indicated) collected anonymously (without linkage to your account). We value your privacy, and we only use these recordings for our internal business purposes, including but not limited to, improving our Services, Facilities and Resources, quality and safety assurance, product development, benchmarking, analytics and other valid business reasons. At your request, we will attempt to delete all recordings that are individually connected to your account. We may not be able to delete aggregated recordings or derived information that is not individually linked to your account.
H. All Other Information
In addition to the information noted above, we may collect additional information (collectively, the "Other Information"). Such Other Information may include:
1. From Your Activity. Information that we automatically collect when you use our Services, Facilities and Resources including our Sites or Apps, including, without limitation.
IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site or the App you visit, etc.;
Information about a mobile device, including universally unique ID ("UUID"), App type and version (e.g., iOS or Android), carrier and country location, etc.

III. SMS Text Messages
You may elect to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions and may prompt messaging such as reminders. To the extent you voluntarily opt to have SMS notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. By opting-in to receive SMS text messages from us, you acknowledge that messaging and data rates may apply depending on your phone service provider. You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by changing your notification and communication preferences. However, by opting-out of receiving text messages, your experience may be limited.
IV. Accessing and Modifying Personal Information and Communication Preferences
Registered Subscribers may access, review, and make changes to your personal information. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of any marketing email. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to your account. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.
V. How We Protect the Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. VI. Not Subject to Evidentiary Privilege or Confidentiality Requirements
MyQStudio.Com does not provide professional physical or mental health assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. The confidentiality, privacy and evidentiary privilege rules, regulations, and laws applicable to doctors, medical providers and therapists do not apply to the Information that you provide to us or Information that is collected by us pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
VII. Notice to California Residents
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with us may choose to opt out of sharing their personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. VIII. Notice to Nevada Residents
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information to third parties. Please note, however, that we do not sell personal data.
IX. Notice to Non-U.S. Residents
The Site, the App, and their servers are operated in the United States. Please be aware that your Information, including your personal information, may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the Site, and/or the App, you do so at your own risk.
X. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 17 through the Site and the App. If you are under 17, please do not give us any personal information.
